Channel 10: Pediatric surgery center at Hasbro Children’s Hospital designated high performing

 

(WJAR) — The American College of Surgeons recently designated Hasbro Children’s Hospital as a verified surgical quality partner.

Sixty centers throughout the nation received that high distinction, but only three in New England.

Dr. Francois Luks, the pediatric surgeon in chief at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and chief of Pediatric Surgery here at Brown Surgical Associates, spoke to Channel 10’s Barbara Morse about the honor and what makes it possible.
